Our schedule is designed to accommodate busy school schedules and multi-sport commitments, enabling student-athletes to thrive both on and off the field.

FALL TOURNAMENTS
Fall Tournaments serve as our platform to challenge the top boys' lacrosse programs in the region, pushing our skills to new heights. Carefully selected to align with our team's development, these tournaments are the ultimate test in our teams development. Our Fall Training is expertly crafted to prepare us for these challenges, focusing on tactical development and strategic schemes to give us the competitive edge.
TEAM TRAINING
Practices, starting in September after Labor Day weekend and school commencement, will run for 90 minutes on Sundays. Deliberately scheduled to avoid conflicts with the Fall Sports season, we prioritize accommodating multi-sport athletes. Our limited weekly requirements ensure athletes can fully engage in both lacrosse and their other sports commitments.
Pro Training Camp
Elevate your game with our elite-level Pro training for all Lilac City players. We will have elite level coaches out to Spokane to lead teams through a variety of drill work, situational play, and high level specialty concepts. Join us for these Pro training sessions, only offered to Lilac City players and refine your craft to dominate on the field!
