LILAC CITY WINTER SKILL SESSIONS

Train with us this Winter at the Northwest Airdome! The top coaches in Spokane will be running 5 skill sessions to knock the rust off from the holidays and help you to prepare for the spring season!!! Don’t miss out on our chance to outwork the competition this Winter.

We are super excited to announce former division 1 defender Natalie Byrne as our Girls director for Winter Training! Natalie is an an amazing coach that will help to grow the game in Spokane in more ways than we have seen before.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

5 one hour sessions on Sunday at the Airdome Northwest - 3939 E Joseph Ave, Spokane WA, 99217

Women’s - 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Elementary School -  6:00PM - 7:00PM
Middle School - 7:00 PM - 8:00PM
High School - 8:00PM - 9:00PM
